In the context of the three-day Dutch Drone Festival the first big drone congress in the Netherlands will be taking place on September the second. During this Drone Talk several drone-experts will be talking about the newest developements and trends on the subject of drones. The issues of safety and privacy concerning the usage of drones will also be addressed.
Drone-researcher Guido de Croon will be talking about the benefits of drones to the society, Jan-Floris Boer (Netherlands Aerospace Centre) addresses the legislation and FormulaFPV’s co-founder Lars Sang Mo Boom will tell about the increasing popularity of drone racing. Wiebe de Jager (founder of Dronewatch.nl) en Parcival Hofland (ROC-Light Register) address the different kinds of drones and the certification. After the speakers there will be a discussion lead by Frank du Mosch.
Those who quickly register for the Drone Talk will be recieving a discount on the entrance fee. For the general public there are on 3 and 4 September – simultaneously with the Open Studio Days – the Drone Experience Days. There are drone races and there will be the opportunity to fly a drone. Professional drone pilots show what you can do with drones. All sorts of drones will be flown, the well known quadcopters but also the micro drones, hexacopter and race drones.
